Tell us a little about you(your background and how was it like)?
Growing up my childhood was sorta messy. My father was on various drugs and I rarely saw him and my mother was depressed and drank a lot. After my father stopped doing drugs, I developed a better relationship with him, soon after he died from many medical conditions. My mother loved me but she wasn’t stable, she began dating this guy who she ended up falling in love with but their relationship was complicated. She stopped drinking and we were happy. After seven years she found out that he was married and had children. My poor mom was heartbroken. Around the same time that happened I also lost my best friend. She moved on from me for someone else. Thankfully I had my boyfriend and many other people to help me. I had a tough childhood but if I hadn’t been through those things I wouldn’t be the person I am today.
What do you value most from your country?
The freedom.
Who influences you to go after your goals?

Kirsten Kenney Interview

Name
Kirsten Kenney
Tell us a little about you(your background and how was it like)?
My upbringing wasnt the best. But honestly to this day I’m surprised at how far I have come. Most of my life has been a legitimate roller coaster. But everything has been worth it. I didnt grow up with everything I wanted. I had to work for what I wanted. Which made things much more valuable in my life.
What do you value most from your country?
Honestly, what I value most is the freedom. Yes I’m talking about our “rights” but how isnt that the best. There are somethings I disagree with but honestly the rights we have here go beyond what others have and I’m grateful for it.
Who influences you to go after your goals?
Myself. And also my 3 year old. My daughters been my light for the past few years and she just brought me to the conclusion that I should go after what I want and honestly it makes me happy and proud to be her mother.
What advice can you give a teen about going through hardships?
There will always be the good and the bad but it’s how you look at it. It’s all about your perspective. I know sometimes things can get unbearable and very very hard. But in the end it’s all worth it. You could be going through the worst of the worst for a year or even longer. But once you get through whatever you get through you will be able to look back and be like “I made it.”
If you and only three wish to change your family or the world’s life what would they be?
I would wish that more people could be happy with themselves… less depression, more smiling. I wish that the world would be more taken care of specially for the next generations. And I wish that fighting and anger would stop but sadly we all know that’s not fully ever going to happen.
Was there a time u helped others out?
Many times. There are a lot of times I could name. Some being random acts of kindness to other times being me dropping whatever I was doing to go and help out someone in need.
Are you happy in the position you are now in life?
I’m semi happy. I’m not fully at where I would like to be in life but I’m slowly getting there. If I wasnt in such a tight bond right now my life would be going further into my goals and dreams. But one day I will get there. It just takes time.
What questions would you like me to make next for the new interviees coming to the website?
When was a time you were the happiest and why?

Ian Miller The United States of America is a country built on entrepreneurship and encourages people to follow their dreams. My dream of being an artist was not an unrealistic idea here like it would be in many other parts of the world, and that applies to anyone with any dream here.

Name
Ian Miller
Tell us a little about you(your background and how was it like)?
I am an artist, I knew I wanted to make art every day since I was 3, and I had a drawing accepted into a local newspaper. My parents, John and Lori encouraged me and my sisters, Ellia and Naomi to follow my dream, so I did. I took every art class I could, and ultimately went to Academy of Art University SF for college. After that, Some friends from high school convinced me to start tattooing and I fell in love with it. I was offered a tattoo apprenticeship at Talisman Tattoos in Modesto from an excellent veteran tattooed named Chow. I spent 8 years apprenticing there, while falling in love with my beautiful wife, Tiffany and starting a family. We now have 4 children, Kelly Lee, Jack Bronson, Salem Rose, and Lilith Ann. After my 8 years at Talisman. I went off to open my own studio in Roseville CA, Legion Art Collective, where I (@ianmillerart) work with 3 other amazing artists, @stipplebeast @franklinmint and my own apprentice, @kristelleink as well as my assistant, Mary.
What do you value most from your country?
The United States of America is a country built on entrepreneurship and encourages people to follow their dreams. My dream of being an artist was not an unrealistic idea here like it would be in many other parts of the world, and that applies to anyone with any dream here.
Who influences you to go after your goals?
I want to leave a legacy in the lives of people who buy and wear my art. I want to provide a healthy and comfortable life for my family, and do it by making art every day. My parents told me I could do it, my wife told me I could do it, my friends told me I could do it, and my country told me I could do it… So I did.
What advice can you give a teen about going through hardships?
Being a teenager is the hardest time in our life, just remember you are surrounded by other teenagers at that time going through the hardest time in their lives as well. Real life begins in our 20’s we just have to hang in there and make it to that point. Never, never, never quit!
If you and only three wish to change your family or the world’s life what would they be?
I wish to buy a house and some land for my large family so we can stop being cramped into apartments. I wish the whole world was focused on providing for themselves and their families instead of destroying other people. I wish good education and good healthcare were more affordable for families my size, 6 people on one income is hard enough already!
Was there a time u helped others out?
I carried on the tradition of mentorship and apprenticeship in my career as a tattooer, and gave another young artist an opportunity to create a career for themselves to provide for their family the way I was given that opportunity.
Are you happy in the position you are now in life?
I am happy, but not satisfied. I want to be a better artists, husband, father, business owner, and friend every day. Contentment and complacency are two different things.
What questions would you like me to make next for the new interviees coming to the website?
What is your philosophy for success?
What are your plans for your future?

I think I have a pretty good life but like i said we never had much money and money, but it’s mostly just school that I stress about.

Mikeal Archambault
Tell us a little about you(your background and how was it like)?
Growing up me and my family were always poor, but we had food on the table, clothes to wear everyday and a roof over our heads so I’m thankful for that. My dad left me at a young age so I never really got to know him and it sucks but I had to learn myself how to be a man and I dont know any other way of doing things than by myself.
What are the bad things you see on social media?
Social media obviously has bad things about it but I like to focus on the good things. We literally have the world in our pockets and what I wanna do with it is get my name out there and expand my following. One day I hope I can make a change with my name, one day.
What are the hardships you go through?
I think I have a pretty good life but like i said we never had much money and money, but it’s mostly just school that I stress about.
What are your goals in life?
I’m an up and coming artist. I wanna make music and not just any music. Music you can relate to, music you can feel and get you through tuff times.. I wanna put my people and my city on. Money will come with it, I’m not worried about that.
What would you do if you could change the world?
I know I can change the world with music. Not the whole world but people around me or fans of me. I know I’m smart, writing music can change people’s lives. It changed mine. People are so blind now. I wanna give them another way to look at things.
Are you happy in the position you are now in life?
I’m happy but I have a chip on my shoulder. My drive is wanting to make sure me and my family are good financially. These rest will come.
What questions would you like me to make next for the new interviees coming to the website?
I’m not the best when it comes to asking questions. Just be creative, sounds easy right lol. I’m not good with journalism.

I would say the people. There are so many different people, they come from different families, backgrounds, and cultures. You can learn a lot from them.
