Tell us a little about you(your background and how was it like)?
My name as mentioned is Ayaan Mallick,I am a 16 years old male,I was born in New Delhi on 02/10/2002.I belong to a middle class family and I rap about my experiences,the hardships that I’ve faced till now in my life.Music is my therapy and my music isn’t just helping other people,it is also helping me.
What do you value most from your country?
There are so many things but the thing which is most valuable has to be India’s rich history.India used to be one of the richest country and powerful countries of the world before colonisation.
Who influences you to go after your goals?
My mum and dad are super supportive about what I do and they always tell me to go where my heart’s at.
My music is mainly influenced by NF
What advice can you give a teen about going through hardships?
I’d say,hardships are part of life and they won’t stop after teenage.We people need to be strong and face them,as I once said in one of my songs that the things that hurt me also build my character.
If you and only three wish to change your family or the world’s life what would they be?
I’d definitely reverse the effects of global warming (I appreciate Greta Thunberg).I’d want to reduce poverty or just end it,I’d love to stop all kinds of racism and descriminations.
Was there a time u helped others out?
There has been many instances where I’ve helped people, I sometimes when I have enough cash,I buy food and feed the homeless.
Once I helped my ex-girlfriend in getting out of a toxic relationship.
I have helped my mates overcome depression as I myself was a victim of depression but fortunately I overcame it.
Are you happy in the position you are now in life?
I’m happy and I accept where I am now,there’s definitely room for improvement…I’d like to make it big in the music industry and also work on my relationships with friends and family etc
