Brandon Bryant Interview

Introduce yourself?: Well my name is Brandon Bryant. I am 29 years old. I served in the US Navy for 4 years. I am currently going to school to become a physical therapist. I love working out and staying fit. Being healthy is a huge part of my life.

What inspires you everyday?: Mainly the fear of failure. I have seen many people in my family fail or struggle to succeed. So I wake up everyday day to try and be the best person I can be. I say this all the time to my followers Do something today to better yourself tomorrow.

What is something you would change about people in the world?: There outlook on others. To not be so quick to judge someone just by the way they look. We don’t know the story behind that person, we are so quick to judge. The things they have been through and have seen.

How do you feel about the people in the world?: Well I’ve been around the world when I was in the Navy seeing different Cultures people from all walks of life. I feel like there is a lot of evil in this world but I also know that is a small percentage compared to the the actually good kind of loving population. That are just trying to make it and provide for there families. All around the world from all walks of life we have different faiths and beliefs but that’s okay because we all are just trying to make it.

What is something you’ve struggled with in life?: Always being happy. I sometimes tend to overthink situations always thinking the worst thing is going happen. I struggle sometimes with taking a step back and taking a deep breath.

What is a positive message you would give others?: To do something today that will better yourself tomorrow.

if you could make a difference in the world how would you do that?: Just to help someone in need. To pay it forward. A lot of times kindness is contagious. A random act of kindness can create a chain of kindness through people
