Oxana Interview

Introduce yourself?: My name is Oxana and I am an emotional-physical-spiritual wellness guide, innovator, dancer, radio show host, freelance writer and advocate for self-realization and self-awareness. I guide into physical and emotional challenges through unique movements of the body, through meditations, self-study and self-inquiries of the mind and emotions to transform those challenges into strengths in order to gain access to our full human potential and expand our consciousness.

What inspires you everyday?: My daily inspiration is an expansion of my own consciousness and human consciousness as a whole.

What is something you would change about people in the world?: Nothing and Everything. Nothing is because we, as species, each evolve at our own individual pace and no one is in a place to push anyone to become what they are not ready to become. In fact, there are consequences that come out of it. Everything is because when a human being becomes ‘whole’ meaning integrates body, mind and heart aka soul into one solid system, not only the state of health and wellness improves but the awareness and consciousness expand leading to a brighter, happier, more enjoyable life minimizing disharmony and darkness that we’re still observing in this world as of now.

How do you feel about the people in the world?: That is an interesting question. Humanity as a whole are definitely still in a very confused and dark times but I am feeling and observing many changes in some communities that are focusing on being more self-aware of their health, thoughts, feelings and actions. Only with conscious self-awareness on daily bases can we make shifts within ourselves that lead to shifts in humanity as a whole. To change the world, we first must change ourselves from inside out. So to answer your question, sometimes I feel very sad about people in the world and sometimes I feel excited, inspired and moved by the people in the world.

What is something you’ve struggled with in life?: I have struggled with number of things such as my own health and relationships that created physical and emotional struggles. 7 years ago I was diagnosed with labral tear and femoroacetabular impingement on both of my hips from extensive dancing that forced me to look at my body and health differently. My relationships with loved ones and partners were challenging that forced me to look at my emotions wounds and reasons for such disharmony. These are the struggles that initiated my journey into my self-discovery, self-inquiry and spirituality.

What is a positive message you would give others?: Life is Energetic Awareness. Energy flows where focus goes. We create what we focus on. Our perception creates our reality so I would invite everyone to investigate how they view their life and what predominate thoughts they have on daily bases. Thoughts either create harmony and beauty in our life or disharmony and suffering. Consider to start being self-aware of daily thoughts and more than anything bring that awareness into body and start sensing life instead of thinking about life. Life is an Experience and You’re the Master of your Life! Choose to make your Life Beautiful so we can live in a Beautiful World!

if you could make a difference in the world how would you do that?: 6 months ago I quit my career of 15 years and started my business in Holistic Wellness in order to make a difference in the world. I developed a Wellness Package along with other services that focus on helping people to improve their health and integrate their body, mind and heart while expanding their awareness in order to expand consciousness and make our world brighter, healthier and happier one person at a time. I host a Radio Show that focuses on wellness and ways to establish balance of the mind, body and soul.
