Siya Interview

I’m Siya, from India.

What inspires you everyday

Me. I think about everything I can do. And I just get on with it.

What is something you would change about people in the world

Discrimination. There’s nothing I hate more than discrimination. Discrimination towards gender, sexes, race or anything is basically unacceptable.

How do you feel about people in the world

I think, everyone wants to be someone else. They strive to be something they are not and they ultimately lose who they are. They lose their individuality.

What is something you’ve struggled with in life

Insecurities. I have a cleft lip. When I was a kid, I did not think much of it. As I grew into my teens, I was insecure of it. But I’ve been overcoming it. This is who I am and I wouldn’t want to change myself to anyone else.

What is a positive message you would give others

Be yourself. If you wanna be sexy, be sexy. If you wanna be nerdy, be nerdy. Remember, you are the most beautiful person in the world. Love yourself, because if you don’t, no one else will.

Last question if you could make a difference in the world how would you do thatI don’t think there is any way to change people. Change comes from within. I’d want people to accept. Accept all the righteous things in there life. Accept everyone as they are. Let him love his own gender, let her do what she wants, don’t set standards.
