JC Interview

Hey! My name is JC. I’m a college senior at Auburn University and I’m a blogger.

What inspires you everyday

The never-ending list I have of things I want to accomplish before I die

What is something you would change about people in the world

I would change how quick we are to judge others especially those we know nothing about.

What is your view on the people in the world

My view on the people in the world changes daily. I do everything I can to hold on to hope for the future but the way the media portrays most things will have you thinking that everyone is evil. Honestly, I don’t know what to think about people in the world because I’ve only met such a small percentage of them and I refuse to allow secondhand sources to make judgements for me.

What is something you’ve struggled with in life

I’ve always struggled with trying to be perfect in every way imaginable.

What is a positive message you would give others

Remember to walk in love. Don’t let the outside world ruin what God has placed inside of you. ALWAYS resist the urge to put yourself in a box and don’t allow others to do it either. You’re capable of doing to many great things to be belittled in that manner.

Last question if you could make a difference in the world how would you do that

To be honest, I’m not exactly sure. I care about so many different issues but I haven’t found the one that I’m going to devote my life to. Maybe that fact holds me back or maybe it forces me to have a broader view of the world because I don’t just care about one group of people. I guess my answer to your question would be to help the world in any way I possibly can. Whether it’s my next door neighbor or a stranger thousands of miles away.
