Federica Interview

Hi! My name’s Federica, but friends call me Fed. I’m 17 and I’m from Naples, Italy. I love to sing since I was 5 years old. Then, my teacher gave me a microphone; in that moment I’ve understood that music would change my life forever. I really believe that music can change the world and show the essence of the human being.

What inspires you everyday
People. What I want to do is for people, to spread positive and make them happy. The world is full of wickedness, but there are people who can give their souls and live joys. Humanity applied to society is the thing that inspires me most.

What is something you would change about people in the world
The hate that we have in this world. Nowadays there is too much free madness. It brings us to make the wrong choices. I really think that if you can hate, you can love, and love is always stronger than hate. Never let the hate control your thoughts. Never.

What is your view on the people in the world
My view on the people is that they have so much potential, but many of us don’t use it at all. We’re human but sometimes we can’t show the easier part of our being.

What is something you’ve struggled with in life
Myself. I’ve always been insecure and I’m still fighting with that part of me

What is a positive message you would give others
Believe in your dreams. Always. It could sound trivial but it’s the most important thing to live. Don’t wait for the opportunities to come, go and find them. Do your best, and you’ll know that you haven’t failed and you never will. Never. Don’t give up.

Last question if you could make a difference in the world
I would make people less mad and selfish. I would help everyone who needs a hand to hold. I would teach to weigh the words before we pronunce them. I would delete all the hate in the world. I think those this are not impossible, and that gives me the energy to try day by day.
