Question #1 introduce yourself?
Well, my name is Quincy Smith. Ah, I love playing piano and dancing and whatnot.
What inspires you?
My mother inspired me when I was younger to play to piano and dance, but now pretty much anything I see, I get inspired easily
What is something you would change about people in the world?
Prejudice. Whether it be about ethnicity, sexuality, or gender, it had to be prejudice. When someone is pre judged, or a whole group is pre judged, it makes them look a certain way just because they sound like this or they look like this, when in reality, we don’t know them. I’d like for everyone to have a chance to know one another.
What is a positive message you would give others?
It would be the quote, “I am no longer accepting the things I can’t change, but changing the things I can’t accept.”What inspires you?
What is something you’ve struggled with?
I’ve struggled with being myself around my family because I’m the only gay person in the entire family. They’ve never experienced something like that and I feel like I can’t be myself without constant judgement of my whole family
What is your perspective view on society today?
To be honest, I feel like it’s going down to hell. I can’t really explain it, but just looking at the news and social media, it let’s you know how wild life really is
Last question do you feel like us as people can make a difference in the world
Yes, we can! If we work together instead of being selfish and greedy, we can do this! We’ve already started small, but we need to expand our love and faith and hope and motivation
